Safety, Health & Environmental Policy
The Extruded Sealant Association (ESA) is a non-trading association. The core aims and objectives of the association is the promotion of standards of extruded sealants and associated works from both manufacturers and contractors.
Our goal is to achieve continual improvement through:

Developing a Health, Safety and Environmental management system that provides an ongoing system for structuring, monitoring and continuously improving our activities.

Establishing and regularly reviewing key performance indicators based upon reducing accidents and near misses, preventing pollution and improving customer communication and co-ordination in all our projects

Providing our membership with the necessary training in order to fulfil their duties in accordance with the relevant safety, health and environmental work.

Improving health and safety performance through effective identification of hazards, control of risks, investigation of accidents and incidents and implementation of appropriate corrective and preventative actions.

As a minimum operating requirement to comply with all aspects of customer’s requirements and all applicable health, safety and environmental legislation.

Identifying all significant environmental aspects and impacts arising from our activities and using them as a basis for setting ongoing objectives and targets.

Promoting joint responsibility of our membership and clients to implement this policy and to be accountable for the health, safety and environmental impact of their.
